Maybe the map was one of the first and best choices to create this info-illustration map (that can hardly be called an infographic). The image of Budapest known from the history atlases depicting the events of 1956 inspired me to create my two-color illustration under the title “Our troops are fighting.”, on which I strived to display all sites that were significant spots of the revolution in Budapest.
